My spool of printer food is tangled

If your printer food is tangled or there are knots on the spool, you will likely see major shifting issues with your prints. Tangles and knots prevent the printer food from feeding into the printer properly, so make sure your rolls aren't looking anything like this:

If there is a single knot in your printer food, you should be able to remove your printer food from the printer and undo the knot. The roll should be wound neatly with no pieces overlapping. If you notice a tangle in your printer food, you can attempt to re-roll it if you're up for it. However, any Toybox brand filament should be wound properly, so feel free to reach out to us with a photo and we can replace the roll for you!
