If you can't get the end of your printer food to go into the nozzle, simply use a pair of scissors to cut the end at an angle and try inserting the food in the nozzle again. If it still doesn't catch after pressing "Insert" a few times, apply a bit of force until it catches. Try another color as well to ensure that it's not an issue with that particular spool!
If you're still not able to get the printer food flowing out of the nozzle, it's possible there may be a clog that's preventing the printer food from moving through the nozzle. If you think you may have a clogged nozzle, please click here.
