Upgrading your Toybox Alpha Two to a Toybox Alpha Three

If your printer is still within warranty, then you are eligible to return your A2 in exchange for an A3. Please fill out our return form to start the exchange process.

Select ‘Full Catalogue’ and then ‘Toybox 3D Printer Alpha3 Replacement' on the next page. Then, write in the notes section 'upgrade to A3.' 

You can request an exchange within 6 months of delivery, so make sure to complete the form before the warranty expires. Extended warranties allow exchanges beyond the 6-month manufacturer's warranty.

Make sure send everything except the printer food. Keep your filament for your new printer, as Toybox cannot replace returned filament.

Once we confirm receipt of the A2, your replacement will be automatically scheduled.
