The printer, when ordered through Amazon, comes with the same 6 month manufacturer's warranty as printers purchased directly through our website. 

For exchanges, please reach out to us at [e-mail] with your order information so that we can locate your order in our system and get the return process started. We'll also need confirmation of your preferred shipping address! 

For refunds, you can go ahead and start Amazon's refund process by clicking this link. This link will only work for 30 days after purchase, so if you are outside of that 30 day window, please reach out to us at [e-mail] with your order information and we will take care of it on our end!
