Below is a detailed list of the Toybox Alphas One & Two printer part specifications and replacement information. Links correspond to approved or compatible replacement parts.

• Power Adapter: 24V 2.5A 60W AC/DC adapter - link
• Nozzle: 0.4mm nozzle link
• Extruder Stepper Motor: 24V DC 0.7A, 1.8 degree link
  • This should work, but will also need a new drive gear and may require cutting the drive shaft shorter to fit inside the filament feed box.
• Drive Gear: 5mm shaft, 11mm outer diameter link
  • May need to cut short, but it might just fit as is
• Heater Block: 6mm x 25mm
• Heater Cartridge: 30-40W 24V DC; 100kΩ 3950
• Thermistor: 4.7k pullup thermistor 
• MicroSD chip: Must be at least 128mb
• Fan: 35x10mm 24V - link 
• Belts: link
• PTFE Tube/white teflon tube 2mm ID x 4mm OD link

Screws

• (Alpha One) Calibration Screw/Flat Head Cap Screw: 7mm long, 2.2mm wide with a 2.5 mm opening // M3x0.5 x 18L Bearing: 693-2Z (3mm ID x 8mm OD x 4mm wide)
• Side screw connecting cover to printer: link
• Fan (on the left side of the extruder if facing printer): link
• Blower box screws (box fan in the front of the extruder): link
• Bearing box screws (top of the extruder): link
• Screws holding down the base plate (four screws at the bottom): link
• The four screws holding down center ring on center pole (back of the print bed) M3 x 8mm Thread Pitch link 1 link 2

Tools Required

• 2.5mm hex key — used for calibration screw (Alpha One)

• 2mm hex key — used for screws securing the bottom plate, the two screws on either side of the nozzle, and the two screws underneath the print platform
