My fan is making a loud noise

If your fan is making a loud buzzing sound, then there may be something obstructing one of the fans. You can take off the cover using a 2mm allen wrench to unscrew the two screws pictured below. There is one screw on each side of the nozzle.

Check this fan below after unscrewing to see if anything is inside. You can use something like a toothpick to get anything stuck between the blades.

If the first fan looks good, you can check this second fan. No need to unscrew it if everything is visible, but the screws below can be loosened to dislodge the fan.

Assemble the nozzle and try again to see if the noise has improved at all. Sometimes the noise will improve just by tightening the screws.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to us at support@toybox.com with a video of the sound as well as a description of what troubleshooting you've tried so far.
