If you've got some printer food or a print stuck to the tip of your nozzle, you should be able to get it off relatively easily by following the instructions outlined below.
To remove the stuck filament from the tip of the nozzle, simply unplug the printer, push the print tray down with your hands (the filament will probably continue being stuck to the nozzle). From there, plug the printer back in and put the printer into ink mode by pressing the gear on the LCD and then clicking the button that says 'Food'. When the buttons for "Insert" and "Remove" light up, you should be able to pull the filament off the nozzle. We'd advise using some sort of tool to avoid getting your hands too close to the nozzle. Otherwise, please proceed with extreme caution!
After removing the filament, you should be able to place the print bed back on the tray and start printing again! If you have any issues at all, feel free to reach out to us at support@toybox.com and we'll be happy to help you out!
