If you're attempting to use a discount code, but it's not working for you at checkout, please confirm the following:
- Our discounts are not stackable. This means that you can only claim one discount code per order.
- Confirm that you have the correct items in your cart. For example, let's say there's a discount code that gets you 40% off if you order four Play Packs. If you only have 3 Play Packs in your cart, the code will not go through for you!
- If you are ordering a discounted bundle that includes a recurring payment such as a subscription or a membership, please ensure that the subscription/membership are in your cart at the time of purchase. It should get added to your cart automatically once you add the bundle to your cart, so if you remove it, the discount code will not work.
- Ensure that the code is still active - some discounts have an expiry date! Also, some codes are only for one-time use.
