Bolts are a digital item, not a physical item. A code is sent via email after purchase to then be redeemed in the app. You can click here for instructions on how to redeem your bolts. 

If you can't find the email with the code, reach out to us at support@toybox.com with the order number and we'll resend that email with the code.
