A code is sent via email after purchase to then be redeemed in the app. If you can't find that email, try searching 'bolts' in the search bar of the email account that was used to purchase your bolts, as it may have ended up in your junk or spam. The following email (pictured below) should pop up:
You can click the button that says "Redeem" straight from the email, or you can redeem the bolts manually in your Toybox account on the app or webpage by selecting "Me->My Wallet->Refill Bolts->Redeem a Code".
If you can't find the email with the code, reach out to us at support@toybox.com with the order number and we'll resend that email with the code.
