All printers come with a 6 month manufacturer's warranty. Your 6 month warranty begins on the day that the printer is delivered. If you are within these 6 months, or if you have purchased an extended warranty plan, you are eligible to receive an exchange or a refund. Most issues can be solved easily by troubleshooting your printer. You can refer to our troubleshoot FAQ page or email us at support@toybox.com and we will be happy to assist you.
For printer food or other printer accessories, the warranty period lasts for 30 days after the date of delivery.
While we will provide a prepaid label for any returns, we will not be refunding the original shipping fee covered by customers.
For refunds, please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. Please note while printers are covered under the warranty, printer food or any digital purchase refunds are only valid 30 days after they're received.
For exchanges, please allow up to 30 business days after we receive your exchange, including time for stocking and shipping. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it’s available.

this is my second machine and is now outside the 6 month return policy but is under 12 months. i attempted a print and it started smoking. the machine is now inoperable
