Most issues can be solved easily by troubleshooting your printer. You can refer to our troubleshoot FAQ page or email us at support@toybox.com and we will be happy to assist you with troubleshooting. 

If you're looking to return your printer for a refund or an exchange (and you are covered under warranty), you can fill out our return form to begin the return process. The form will only work with the email associated with the original order, so let us know if you're not certain which email you used. 

For exchanges, select 'Full Catalogue' and then 'Replacement' on the next page. We adjust each RMA before approving, so any selection will be OK.

Send everything back except the printer food. Keep all food to be used with the replacement. For refunds, send everything back.

After approving the return, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label you can use to send the unit back to us. Allow for 3 business days to receive approval.
