Do I have to pay for return shipping? (U.S and Canada)

Nope! When you fill out our  return form and get your return approved, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to the email address associated with the order.

Note: the printer must be returned in the same condition it was sent with its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging available, please pack the item in a similar sized box with appropriate care to prevent damage in transit. Our boxes are 12”x12”x13” (measurements are in inches) and come with foam inserts, but you can use bubble wrap or packing paper as a substitute.
