Can I use the same account on multiple Toybox printers?

You cannot use the same account on multiple Toybox printers simultaneously. You would have to go through the connection process each time you wanted to swap to a different printer. If you're wanting all of your printers to be going at the same time, or if you're just not wanting the hassle of having to continuously reconnect, you're going to need one device and one account per printer. If you are unable to install the app on multiple devices, you can always use the website at make.toys/welcome to set up and manage another account!
