Whenever you order any digital item (Bolts, Play Packs, Toybox Plus membership, etc.), you will be immediately sent an email with steps to connect your digital item to your account. There will be a code attached to the email as well as a clickable link that will bring you to the connection page.
If you're not seeing your digital items or subscription/membership in your account after connecting, or if you're having trouble getting connected, first please ensure that you're signed in to the correct account. A lot of the time, users will unknowingly have multiple accounts due to using different sign-in partners (Facebook, Apple, etc.), so please confirm which account you're signed in to. You can find the username of the account that you're on by going to the "Me" tab on the app or webpage
If you can't find the email with the code/connection link, please check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders in your email account.
If you're still having trouble, please reach out to us at support@toybox.com with your email address and/or username for your Toybox account, as well as the order number for the digital purchase if you have it!
