My print platform is uneven

If a portion of your print is looking great, but the rest of the print either has gaps, looks stringy, or isn't sticking to the print bed, it's possible that your print platform might be uneven! This is especially true if the issue occurs consistently in the same spot across all prints. In the photo below, the front of the print bed is lower than the back. This is preventing the filament in the front from sticking to the bed.

First, try rotating the easy peel bed 180 degrees and printing a test print. Send over a photo, as the uneven print may be the result of an uneven bed. If that's the case, we'll happily send a replacement bed.

If the test print is the same even after rotating the bed, then it's likely that the platform itself is lower in the front than in the back. This will cause the food to not stick in the front.

To level out your print bed, please find the two small black screws underneath the print platform (pictured below). Using a 2mm allen wrench, you can adjust these screws to raise or lower either side of the platform in order to level it out. Turning the screws clockwise will raise that respective side of the printer bed, while turning it counterclockwise will lower it. If part of the bed is too high, the printer food won't show up. If the side of the bed is too low, the prints won't stick to the surface. By adjusting the two screws, see if you can get the first layer to print on one plane. A little variation in shading is fine, but not to the extent that it prevents it from printing correctly.
