How do I lower the print platform to access the calibration screw?

You can manually lower the platform without damaging the printer! With the printer off (or with extreme caution around the nozzle), you can place two fingers on either side of the platform and press down. It should slide down with ease! Once it's been lowered, you'll be able to access the screw in the back left corner to calibrate your printer.
