A1: Reinsert your MicroSD Card

There is an SD card slot on the big board that will be empty. There is a micro sd card slot that should not be empty - try removing and reinserting that. It may have some glue on it but should still be able to be removed after manually peeling some of the glue off. 

Note: the microSD chip is located in different places in different models of the printer. The model of your printer can be determined by whether or not your printer has a power button. The photos will say either printer "with" or "with no" power button - so make sure you're looking at the right one! ​​​​​​

If you're unable to resolve the issue by just removing and reinserting the microSD card, you could try inserting it into a computer and clearing it completely. You could also try a new microSD card (minimum 128mb).
