If a printer is no longer covered under warranty, we unfortunately cannot authorize a return. If you notice issues with your printer while you're still within warranty, make sure you reach out to us right away because there will be nothing that we can do on our end (beyond suggesting potential troubleshooting solutions) if you're no longer covered under warranty.
The return must be authorized within the warranty period. Even if you initially reach out to us while covered under warranty, we will not be able to authorize your return if you do not get back to us or submit your return form until after your warranty period has come to an end.

The printer nozzle has completely melted and the company will not back their product. It has been used for 8 months only. Do not waste your money.
