What are the different extended warranty options?

There are 3 options for extended warranty plans:

• 1 Year ($19.99)
• 2 years ($54.99)
• 3 years ($79.99)

An extended warranty will cover exchanges on every issue, so if it's not printing/connecting even after some simple troubleshooting we will exchange it within the extended warranty time frame.

There is a 6 month window for refunds, which doesn't get extended even with an extended warranty.

The extended warranty doesn't stack on top of the 6 month manufacturer's warranty that comes with the printer. This means a one year extended warranty starts on the date the order is delivered, and ends a year later (not 1.5 years later).

You can add on an extended warranty plan at checkout. If you forget to add it, no worries! Just email us at [e-mail] within 30 days of purchase and we'd be happy to set you up with an extended warranty plan.
