When does my extended warranty start?

Your extended warranty begins on the date of purchase. So for example, if you purchase a 1 year warranty, it will cover an additional 6 months past the 6 month manufacturer's warranty that comes with the printer.

While the warranty is in effect, you can exchange as many times as needed. Please note that our extended warranty plans do not apply to refunds.
