First double check to make sure all the cords are securely fastened to their ports, specifically the cable connecting the extruder to the Comet base. Sometimes if the cords aren't all the way pressed in, the gears won't move in the extruder.
Try pressing "Food" and then "insert" while pushing the filament simultaneously to see if the stuck filament will go through the nozzle.
If some food is stuck inside the white tube and it's not budging, you can watch this video here for instructions on how to push the filament through the nozzle using a paperclip.
You can also try and dislodge the food directly. There are two screws on either side of the cover on the extruder--unscrew both and take off the cover to find the circled area in the photo below. This is where the white tube rests.
Try pushing the white tube out using a paperclip, then see if you can push the filament out manually using the paperclip as well to clear the white tube and reassemble to print.
If there's food stuck inside of the extruder itself and it's not coming out, please email us your current address at support@toybox.com and we'll send you a new nozzle!
