If possible, first move your Comet closer to the WiFi source and double check the WiFi is a 2.4G network (it won't work with 5G).
Creating a WPA2 on your router network should help. To set up WPA2 on your network, access your router's settings through a web browser, navigate to the wireless security options, select "WPA2-PSK" as the encryption mode, and create a strong password; then save the changes and potentially reboot your router to apply the settings.
Then, on a computer, go to https://www.make.toys/connect and select "Comet."
There will be two options to connect your Comet, bluetooth and WiFi. Try the bluetooth option first by clicking "connect your printer." Make sure your bluetooth is active on your computer.
If that still isn't working, try selecting "use Wi-Fi instead."
If both options aren't working, try doing a factory reset and repeating the steps above.
You can also try connecting to a mobile hotspot to see if it connects to a different 2.4G network.
If it's still not working, please email us your current address at support@toybox.com and we'll send you a new base!
