If you are within the 6 month warranty and are not wanting to troubleshoot this issue, please let us know. We do not require you to try this fix in order to be approved for a refund or exchange.

For A1, try these instructions here.

For A2/A3, try the instructions below.

If your print bed is at the bottom, lift it manually with your hands.

Then with a flat tool (a butter knife should do the trick), dislodge the front plate.

You can then reinsert the microSD card. It may have some glue on it, which you can peel off to access the card.

If you're unable to resolve the issue by just removing and reinserting the microSD card, you could try inserting it into a computer and clearing it completely. You could also try a new microSD card (minimum 128mb). We can also send you a new microSD card as well, just let us know your current address.
