If you're attempting to set up the printer, and the Toybox network isn't available under the WiFi list, try the following steps:
- If there are a lot of networks in your area, just be sure to read the list carefully in case it's hiding.
- Try unplugging and replugging the printer.
- Toggle WiFi off and then back on.
- Try using a different device for set up (computer, laptop, phone, tablet).
- Try doing a factory reset, then try reconnecting.
- You can try manually typing in the network as well by clicking "other" in the WiFi drop down menu.
- To get the "Network Name" go to your Toybox LCD screen. It should be on the welcome screen with an "ⓘ" in the bottom right. Click the "ⓘ". You'll see "MAC Address" with something like "C4DEE2FA8B40." The network name is always Toybox + the last 6 chracters of the MAC address. For this example, the network name is Toybox FA8B40. Make sure there is a space after Toybox and before the 6 characters.
- If it asks for security or a password, select "none."
- Click "join" and the blue/green pop up should come up.
