1. Plug in the printer

2. If you're on a phone or tablet, go into "settings" and then "WiFi" on your device. If you're on a computer, click the WiFi icon. Make sure you're looking in the WiFi section and not the bluetooth section.

2. You'll see a list of networks available. Select the Toybox network. It will look something like "Toybox FA8B4".

If you're not seeing the Toybox network showup, please click here

3. It will take you to a blue/green page with a list of networks. Select the 2.4G WiFi you want to use for the printer and enter your WiFi password. The printer can't connect to a 5G network, so make sure the WiFi network is 2.4G. This blue/green screen will close automatically and the printer should be connected to the network.

If you're not seeing a blue/green pop up, please try setup with a different device (phone, tablet, computer etc).

Sometimes the 5G network for dual banded networks will prevent connection: try these steps here

If it's saying your password is incorrect when it is correct, please click here

4. On the Toybox LCD, a 6 digit code will appear if the Toybox is connected to the internet.

If the Toybox LCD screen says "loading, this may take a second..." or if it says "not connected", try these steps here

5. Enter this code in your Toybox account under "my Toybox" and then "add." The printer should connect to the account after that.
