My printer is not showing the 6 digit code to link my account, or the 6 digit code doesn't work

If your printer is not showing the 6 digit code to link your account, press "Account" on the main screen of the Toybox LCD and the code will appear there.

If the code doesn't appear, it means that your Toybox hasn't been successfully connected to a network. If you haven't connected your printer yet, you can find step-by-step instructions for Toybox setup here.

If you find the code but your device says it's incorrect (even though it is correct), double check the code is being entered in the right place. Enter the code in "Printer Settings" --> "Add."

If it's still saying it's the wrong code, try doing a factory reset and then try connecting again.
