My device says that WiFi password is incorrect, even though I know it's correct

If the password you are entering for your home network is correct but the printer is saying it's incorrect, here are some things to try:

  • Try setup using a different device (phone, tablet, computer)
  • Move the printer closer to the connection source
  • Unplug and plug the power cord back in, then try connecting again
  • Try connecting to a mobile hotspot. If the hotspot password works fine, then there is likely an issue with the WiFi and not the printer
  • Resetting your router
  • Try doing a factory reset
