Why hasn't my order shipped?

You should get an email once your order has shipped that includes your order's tracking information. This can take a few days post-purchase as our team has to process the order, pack and fulfill it, and send it off to the carrier. If it's been a week and you haven't received an email with your tracking information, please reach out to us at support@toybox.com so we can investigate!
