You should get an email once your order has shipped that includes your order's tracking information. This can take a few days post-purchase as our team has to process the order, pack and fulfill it, and send it off to the carrier. I ordered the product 11/21/25 label was created that same day on 12/16/25 shipment was cancelled and no it being 12/20/25 no product and I’m trying to find out how you guys are going to correct this problem
