The tracking information will initially be in a 'pre-shipment' page (see examples below). This means the order was scanned and has left our warehouse. The pre-shipment page will say that the order hasn't been received, which may or may not be accurate. It could still be on its way to the carrier, or it could have arrived to the carrier but they haven't scanned it yet.
Once the carrier ships it from their facility, the page will update to a 'package is shipped' page where the ETA is listed. There isn't an update where the tracking information will say the package has been received and is waiting to be shipped out, it will go straight from pre-shipment to shipped. The ETA will be the best indicator of an arrival date, contingent upon no carrier delays. Please note that during this time, carriers are oversaturated with orders.
