If there has been no movement or update on your tracking page for at least one week, please reach out to us at support@toybox.com so we can investigate for you! Occasionally, a package will get lost in transit and a new order will be placed automatically, but our system isn't always able to catch it! If we are able to determine that your order is lost, we will get a new one sent out to you right away.
