If your package was marked as delivered on your tracking page, but you aren't able to locate the order, there are a couple things we'll have you check!
- First, please check that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout, and confirm the address on the tracking page matches the address entered at checkout. (The tracking page may only have the city name and postal code).
- Please check the delivery photo if there is one available on your tracking page. Is the image of the correct address? If not, do you recognize this location? Also, if you have a security camera of any kind, check that as well!
- Please check in with any neighbours or other members of your household to see if they may have retrieved the package for you without your knowledge
