If your screen says "loading...this may take a second" and/or "not connected" try the following steps and then try connecting again:
- Try to set up using a different device (phone, tablet, computer)
- Move the printer closer to the connection source (this should help the most)
- Unplug and plug the power cord back in
- Try connecting to a mobile hotspot
- Resetting your router
- Try doing a factory reset
