In the app or Toybox webpage, please select the "Play Pack" tab. Scroll down and select "Manage Subscription", and then "Edit".
After pressing "Edit", you'll can select "Need More Time?" to delay your next shipment by up to four weeks. After that, your subscription will resume on the normal monthly schedule.
