In the app or Toybox webpage, please select the "Play Pack" tab. Scroll down and select "Manage Subscription". From there, you can click the "Shipping & Payment" tab which will allow you to update your shipping information, and give you the option to update your payment information through a secure email link.
This is the only way to make changes to your payment or shipping information relating to Play Pack subscriptions. Toybox has no visibility on your billing information, nor do we have the ability edit it on our end!
