I received the wrong Play Pack!

If you received a different pack than you were expecting, there are a couple of possibilities of what may have happened.

You'll have all previous packs listed in the app/webpage under the "Play Packs" tab (pictured below).

If you see the pack that you received unlocked on this page, then it's likely that someone with access to your account switched the pack selection before it shipped out. If you see the pack that you were expecting to receive, it was likely a shipping issue on our end!
